For a customer who is new in this business, it is very hard to decide for him that from where he may start. First of all he has to decide about the right place, and then he has to decide for the equipment and last but not the least the capacity of the equipment. Now we are with him to provide him our expertise to sort out right place, right brand and the right capacity of equipment so that he may not purchase over capacity equipment and over invest nor he may buy under capacity equipment and loose his business.
Customers also find it difficult to obtain all the NOC's, licenses and permissions to start the business as they are unaware of the governing laws and do not know what to do first and with whom to contact for that particular document We have all the expertise to assist him and provide him our services to obtain all the above mentioned documents.
Next step for a new customer is get gas and electricity. Our consultants provide best consultancy and services in obtaining gas and electricity connections. There are some sites where electricity connection from local government is not viable and it is better to use electric generators. So one do not have to worry, we do provide services on generators too, so as to decide capacity and make of generators.

Installation and commissioning services
Except few suppliers, most of the suppliers do not have the expertise to install and commission the supplied CNG refueling systems. If the supplier sends its foreign technicians to install the equipment, then they are not aware of all the CNG rules and regulations of Government of Pakistan plus they are not aware of local markets to look for any parts they require. We provide complete installation and commissioning services to our customer or our experts can assist foreign technicians in installation and commissioning of different CNG equipments according to prevailing rules and regulations as well as in providing different spares and accessories required for installation.

Maintenance Services
The easiest section of setting up CNG station is over after installation and commissioning of the site. And then comes up toughest section of handling post commissioning problems and performing routine and reactive maintenance. Because delays in any thing before commissioning does not matters much but once site has started its sale, it becomes the matter of repute of that particular site in the market. But majority of people in this business thinks the opposite. And as a result many unprofessional maintenance teams have appeared in the business and getting financial benefits at the cost of the repute of sites.
Once plant is installed and commissioned it is necessary to perform routine maintenance according to recommendations of manufacturer or packager, for longer life and smooth running. It is very essential that maintenance of the site must be preferably given to supplier of that equipment or to those who can perform the work professionally as well as understand the feelings of their customers.
Our team consists of trained professionals and who have been performing maintenance services for several years. To date we are providing maintenance services to eight CNG stations and are expecting that we will enter double figure very soon.
At present we are offering our services in Karachi and Lahore only but we will soon be expanding our team to provide services in other cities of Pakistan also.
